Homerun Gaming Ventures Ltd was founded in 2005 by a group of British and Swedish private investors. The company aims to create shareholder value by acquiring and starting companies within the online gambling sector which can develop into industry leaders.

The Homerun Team consists of second and third generation Internet entrepreneurs with a total of more than 25 years of experience from creating successful online businesses. All online ventures within the Homerun Group have low and relatively fixed cost structures and business models with high Internet scalability and return on investment.

Homerun Gaming Ventures Ltd only makes investments in already profitable gambling ventures to which the team can add value through experience from strategic business and web development. In all ventures the Homerun Team works closely together with the management in creating shareholder value.

The companies within the Homerun Group are developed by the Homerun Team for 1-3 years after which the companies will continue to develop entirely on their own, or be merged with potential strategic partners.
